TRANSPARENCY in COVERAGE
There is a new "Transparency in Coverage" Rule (TiC), which requires plan sponsors of self-insured plans and fully-insured group health plans to disclose extensive price and cost-sharing information. This rule requires that group health plans publicly post (via a website or link within their website) pricing date in "machine-readable files."
